Buffer Bed

Buffer Bed produced by Hubei Xinanneng Conveyor Equipment Co., Ltd. is a new generation of protective equipment in which the Conveyor Belt feeding section replaces the traditional Impact idler. The product consists of multiple high-performance buffer strips bolted to a rigid bracket by high-strength bolts, forming a smooth support surface under the belt that perfectly coincides with the belt groove angle. When the material falls from a high place, the special rubber layer inside the buffer strip can quickly compress and absorb the impact energy, so that the instantaneous impact load on the belt is evenly dispersed, effectively preventing the belt from being pierced by sharp materials or partial collapse.

The surface of our buffer strips is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene material with excellent self-lubricating properties and a very low coefficient of friction, ensuring that the belt running resistance does not increase significantly. This full-surface support design completely solves the risk of longitudinal belt tearing caused by traditional Idler support, and significantly improves the sealing effect of the guide trough, reducing dust and material scattering at the transfer point.
