Buffer Bed

The Buffer Bed produced by Hubei Xinanneng Conveyor Equipment Co., Ltd. is a new generation of protective equipment that replaces the traditional Impact idler in the receiving section of the Conveyor Belt. This product consists of multiple high-performance buffer strips fixed on a rigid bracket through high-strength bolts, forming a smooth support surface under the belt that exactly matches the belt groove angle. When materials fall from a height, the special rubber layer inside the buffer strip can quickly compress and absorb the impact energy, so that the instantaneous impact load on the belt is evenly distributed, effectively preventing the belt from being punctured by sharp materials or causing partial collapse.

The surface of our buffer strip is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene material with excellent self-lubricating properties and a very small friction coefficient, ensuring that the belt running resistance will not increase significantly. This whole-surface support design completely solves the risk of belt longitudinal tearing caused by traditional Idler supports, significantly improves the sealing effect of the guide trough, and reduces dust and material scattering at the transfer point.
