Hubei Huangmei Xiaochi Terminal project is an important logistics transfer station along the Yangtze River. Xinanneng provided a complete set of conveying core components for the ship loader system of this project. Considering the effects of salt spray corrosion and moisture in the terminal environment, we have applied special anti-corrosion spraying treatment to all Pulley and Idler brackets to ensure the efficiency and safety of port loading and unloading operations.

This project is one of Xinanneng’s masterpieces in the field of special conveying. The Macheng project adopts a large-incline downward transportation design and utilizes the gravitational potential energy of materials to generate electricity. For this purpose, we developed a special gravity brake assist Idler and high tensile tension Pulley to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the system under extreme slopes, which reflects Xinanneng's customized research and development capabilities under complex engineering conditions.

This project is located in Wuxue, Hubei Province and is the core aggregate production line of Minben Calcium Industry. Xinanneng provides a complete set of high-performance Idler and driver Pulley. In view of the characteristics of large dust and harsh operating environment in aggregate production, we adopted the patented five-layer composite seal Idler, which effectively prevents dust from intruding into the bearings and ensures extremely low maintenance rate of the conveying system under 24-hour high-intensity continuous operation.

In the Jingmen Zigang Mining Project, Xinanneng participated in the construction of its long-distance cross-mountain transportation system for limestone. In response to the challenges of large inclination angles and obvious tension fluctuations brought by cross-mountain terrain, we provide customized high-tension Transmission Pulley and heavy-duty Impact Roller Set. The system not only achieves smooth operation, but also significantly reduces the operating energy consumption of the entire machine by optimizing the Idler layout.

The Chongqing Yujian Mining long-distance transportation project is a typical complex terrain mining project. The reinforced sealing structure Idler and high-precision balanced Pulley provided by Xinanneng solve the common problems of vibration and belt deviation in mountainous transportation. Our technical solutions not only ensure the high reliability of the conveying system, but also greatly improve the customer's material transfer efficiency.
