The Hubei Huangshi Port Bulk Cargo Terminal Project Phase II is an important bulk cargo distribution center in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. Xinanneng provided a complete set of high-performance conveyor components including J01-J04, DC01, etc. for the second phase of the project. The bandwidth of the system is unified to B=1400mm, the operating speed is increased to V=3.15m/s, and the maximum transport capacity of a single line is Q=2000t/h. Among them, the J03/J04 system has a lifting height of 20.95m and a single machine power of 250kW. We provide a special Pulley with strong overload capacity and a high-protection Idler, which significantly improves the level of automated loading and unloading at the terminal and ensures the efficient flow of bulk cargo.

The first phase of the Hubei Huangshi Port Bulk Cargo Terminal Project is Xinanneng’s masterpiece demonstrating its high-end customization capabilities. This project includes multiple key conveyor lines (such as C05, C13, C21, etc.), and the core technical parameters uniformly reach: Bandwidth B=1400mm, conveying capacity Q=2400t/h, running speed V=2.5m/s. Among them, the longest single machine has a span of 224.9m and a maximum power of 250kW. Based on the customer's brand requirements, we provide the iconic 'green' special anti-corrosion coating for the entire set of equipment. This customized 'green' appearance not only gives the terminal a high degree of recognition, but its high-standard industrial coating process also provides excellent salt spray and wear resistance. Together with the high-performance Transmission Pulley and precision Roller Set, the perfect combination of visual beauty and industrial performance is achieved.

Hubei Huangmei Xiaochi Terminal Project is an important logistics transfer station along the Yangtze River. Xinanneng provided a complete set of conveying core components for the ship loader system of this project. The design bandwidth of the ship loader conveying system is B=1200mm, the rated conveying capacity Q=1500t/h, and the single machine power is 110kW. Considering the effects of salt spray corrosion and high humidity in the terminal environment, we applied three layers of special anti-corrosion coating to all core components (including the large-diameter Transmission Pulley and the high-reliability Carrying Idler). This high-standard technical configuration effectively extends the service life of the equipment under harsh working conditions and ensures the efficiency and safety of port loading and unloading operations.
