Chevron Conveyor Belt

The Chevron Conveyor Belt (patterned Conveyor Belt) designed by Hubei Xinanneng Conveyor Equipment Co., Ltd. is a highly efficient anti-slip belt specially developed to solve the problem of slipping during large inclination angles and bulk material transportation. The surface of the belt has a high-strength herringbone pattern (or U-shaped, Y-shaped and other patterns to choose from) that is vulcanized as a whole with the belt body. The height and spacing of the pattern are accurately calculated to form a series of micro "retaining walls" on the belt surface, which significantly enhances the gripping force between the material and the belt surface.

In practical applications, the belt can realize upward or downward transportation at a large inclination angle of 15° to 40° without material backflow or spillage, which greatly saves the space occupied by the conveyor system.
