First Level Polyurethane Cleaner

The First Level Polyurethane Cleaner produced by Hubei Xinanneng Conveyor Equipment Co., Ltd. is the first cleaning barrier placed at the Pulley discharge end of the Conveyor Belt head. The Cleaner uses a high-molecular-weight, ultra-wear-resistant polyurethane composite material as the scraper, which can closely adhere to the arc surface of the belt at the pulley of the head, scrape off most of the residual material adhered to the belt surface in time and guide it to the drop hopper, thus preventing the material from being brought into the return section from the source.

Our Cleaner is equipped with a highly elastic spring or torque tensioner, which can automatically adjust the scraper pressure to ensure a constant cleaning effect even when the scraper wears. The polyurethane scraper has the characteristics of not damaging the belt, being corrosion-resistant, and anti-static, and adopts a split quick-change design, which greatly shortens maintenance time.
