Jaw Gate Valve

The Jaw Gate Valve (also known as arc gate) designed and produced by Hubei Xinanneng Conveyor Equipment Co., Ltd. is a key control device for silo discharging, flow adjustment and rapid cutting in the bulk material conveying system. The valve adopts a double-jaw gate structure. The two gates rotate synchronously around the supporting axis driven by the actuator to open or close the material port. Its unique arc design ensures minimal resistance between the gate and the material during the opening and closing process, enabling easy and smooth operation even when the material accumulation pressure is high.

The main body of our Jaw Gate Valve is welded with high-quality steel plates and has an extremely strong structure. A high-wear-resistant lining plate can be installed on the inside of the gate to handle abrasive materials such as ores and coal. The driving methods are flexible and diverse, and electric push rods, pneumatic actuators or manual operating mechanisms can be selected according to on-site needs. This valve has the advantages of good sealing performance, fast opening and closing speed, and simple maintenance. It is widely used in silo bottom unloading or chute blanking control in electric power, mining, building materials, chemical industry and other industries.
