The design indicators of the project's conveying system have reached the domestic advanced level.: The system bandwidth is unified to B=1400mm, the operating speed is increased to V=3.15m/s, and the maximum transport capacity of a single line is Q=2000t/h. Among them, the J03/J04 system has a lifting height of 20.95m and a single machine power of 250kW. The configuration of long distance, large lifting height and high power puts forward almost stringent requirements on the stability, reliability and operating accuracy of the conveying equipment. Faced with this challenge, Xinanneng's technical team formed a special project team to conduct in-depth technical research on the entire process from preliminary design to production and manufacturing.

In response to the special working conditions of high humidity and high salt spray at the terminal, Xinanneng's technical team carried out systematic special design optimization. In terms of Transmission Pulley, we provide a special Pulley with strong overload capacity. It uses high-quality and high-strength Q345B low-alloy steel as the cylinder material, combined with reinforced rib structure and large-size spherical roller bearings to ensure long-term stable operation under 250kW high-power drive. The Pulley shaft head is made of 40Cr alloy steel that has been quenched and tempered to achieve the best balance of strength and toughness, and can withstand the dual test of alternating loads and impact loads.
In terms of Idler configuration, we provide the precision Idler series with high protection level for the project. All Idlers adopt Xinanneng's patented five-layer labyrinth sealing structure, combined with long-term lubrication of lithium-based grease, which can effectively resist the erosion of high humidity and high salt spray environments at the terminal, ensuring that Idlers can maintain tens of thousands of hours of maintenance-free operation under harsh working conditions. The Idler pipe body adopts high-precision CNC machining technology, and the radial circular runout is controlled within 0.3mm, which significantly reduces the jitter and wear of the Conveyor Belt and reduces the system operating resistance.

In the production and manufacturing process, Xinanneng strictly follows the GB/T 10595 national standard for quality management. All Pulleys are formed in one step by a CNC large-scale plate rolling machine, and the roundness error is far lower than the national standard requirements. The welding process adopts advanced submerged arc automatic welding technology, which not only ensures the depth and strength of the weld, but also ensures that every welding point is free of slag inclusions and pores through 100% ultrasonic flaw detection. In order to completely eliminate the residual internal stress during processing, all Pulleys undergo strict high-temperature annealing heat treatment procedures, laying a solid foundation for long-term stable operation.

In terms of surface treatment, in response to the corrosive environment of high humidity and high salt spray along the Yangtze River, we adopted a triple special heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating system: First, sandblasting and rust removal are performed to reach the highest standard of Sa2.5 level, and the surface roughness is uniform. ; This is followed by spray application of an epoxy zinc-rich primer to provide galvanic corrosion protection ; Then spray epoxy mica iron intermediate paint to enhance the adhesion and impact resistance of the coating. ; Finally, a high-performance polyurethane topcoat is sprayed to form a dense physical shielding layer. This composite coating system can effectively resist the corrosion of salt spray, moisture and ultraviolet rays, significantly extending the service life of the equipment.
In the final testing stage before leaving the factory, each Pulley undergoes static and dynamic balance calibrations that are more stringent than industry standards. At the simulated rated speed of 3.15m/s, the residual unbalance is controlled within the G16 level, and the vibration value during operation is almost negligible. Idler conducts rotation resistance test, sealing performance test and radial runout test one by one to ensure that every product meets Xinanneng's quality standards.
