Pinch Roller

The Pinch Roller (also known as the surface-increasing roller) provided by Hubei Xinanneng Conveyor Equipment Co., Ltd. is an effective solution to solve the belt slipping problem of large-slope or heavy-duty conveyors. It is usually arranged on the return side of the driving Pulley or at a key stress point. Through external pressure or fixed position setting, the Conveyor Belt is forced to fit more closely on the Pulley surface, significantly increasing the wrapping angle (increasing the friction area), thereby improving the transmission efficiency of driving force.

The surface of our Pinch Roller can be coated with high-quality wear-resistant rubber or ceramic liners upon request to increase the coefficient of friction and reduce wear on the back of the belt. The wheel body adopts a double sealed bearing structure with excellent waterproof and dustproof performance. This component is easy to install and runs smoothly.
