Unloader

The Plow Unloader produced by Hubei Xinanneng Conveyor Equipment Co., Ltd. is the key equipment for the Conveyor Belt to realize multi-point and segmented unloading. The device is mainly composed of an electric push rod, a driving rod, a moldboard, a Roller Set and a limit device. The reciprocating motion of the electric push rod drives the moldboard to rise and fall. When the moldboard is lowered, the scraper precisely cuts between the Conveyor Belt and the material, guiding the material sideways to the hopper or silo. ； When the moldboard is lifted, the material passes normally.

Our Plow Unloader uses wear-resistant polymer materials or high-hardness alloys as the plow blades, which not only discharges materials cleanly, but also causes minimal wear on the belt. Its structural design takes full consideration of operational stability, is equipped with a self-locking mechanism to prevent malfunction, and can adjust the scraping angle according to the material characteristics. The equipment is easy to operate and requires little maintenance. It is widely used in bulk material conveying systems such as coal, electric power, metallurgy, and ports, especially in working conditions that require material distribution at any point along the conveyor.
