Phase II of the Hubei Huangshi Port Bulk Cargo Terminal Project

Phase II of the Huangshi Port bulk cargo terminal project in Hubei is an important bulk cargo distribution center in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. Xinanneng provided a complete set of high-performance [[G91] machine components, including J01-J04, DC01, and others, for the second phase of the project. The system has a unified bandwidth of B=1400mm, with operating speed increased to V=3.15m/s, and the maximum single-line Conveyor Q=2000t/h. Among them, the J03/J04 systems reach a lifting height of 20.95m and have a single-unit power of 250kW. We offer specially designed products with strong overload capacity and high protection levels Idler, significantly enhancing the automated loading and unloading level at the terminal and ensuring efficient bulk cargo logistics.

Phase I of the Hubei Huangshi Port Bulk Cargo Terminal Project

Phase I of the Hubei Huangshi Port Bulk Cargo Terminal Project is a representative showcase of [G81]'s high-end customization capabilities. This project includes multiple key Conveyor lines (such as C05, C13, C21, etc.), with core technical parameters unified as: bandwidth B=1400mm, Conveyor Q=2400t/h, operating speed V=2.5m/s. The longest single machine span reaches 224.9 meters, with a maximum power of 250 kW. Based on the customer's brand requirements, we provide the complete set of equipment with a signature 'green series' special anti-corrosion coating. This customized 'green' appearance not only gives the dock a highly recognizable look, but its high-standard industrial coating process also provides outstanding resistance to salt spray and wear. Combined with high-performance Transmission Pulley and precision Roller Set, it achieves a perfect combination of visual aesthetics and industrial performance.

Hubei Huangmei Xiaochi Wharf Ship Loader [[G91] Project

The Xiaochi Wharf project in Huangmei, Hubei, is an important logistics transit station along the Yangtze River. Xinanneng provided a complete set of Conveyor core components for the shiploader system for the project. The ship-loading machine Conveyor system is designed for bandwidth B=1200mm, rated Conveyor capacity Q=1500t/h, and single-unit power is 110kW. Considering the effects of salt spray corrosion and high humidity in the terminal environment, we applied a special three-layer anti-corrosion coating to all core components, including large diameter Transmission Pulley and high reliability Carrying Idler). This high-standard technical configuration effectively extends the equipment's service life under harsh conditions, ensuring the efficiency and safety of port loading and unloading operations.
