Discharge Pulley

Hubei Xinanneng Conveyor Equipment Co., Ltd. designed and produced Discharge Pulley (also known as self-cleaning Pulley), which is specially developed for conveying easily adhering materials or containing a large number of fine impurities. The Pulley adopts an open cage structure or a cylinder design with a spiral bar, which can use centrifugal force and structural clearance to automatically discharge the material falling between Pulley and Conveyor Belt to both sides during the rotation of Pulley. This "active slag discharge" function effectively prevents the accumulation and agglomeration of materials on the surface of Pulley, and avoids Pulley roundness, running vibration and abnormal belt damage caused by material accumulation.

Our Discharge Pulley structure is specially reinforced with well-distributed support spokes for extremely high mechanical strength and impact resistance. It is especially suitable for coal mine washing centers, steel plant raw material yards, cement production lines and other areas where there is a lot of dust and damp materials that are easy to agglomerate. By using Discharge Pulley, the labor cost of cleaning Pulley can be significantly reduced, the automation level of the system can be improved, and Conveyor Belt can always run stably on a flat and clean Pulley surface.
