Discharge Pulley

Hubei Xinanneng Conveyor Equipment Co., Ltd. designed and produced Discharge Pulley (also known as self-cleaning Pulley), specially developed for Conveyor working conditions where materials easily adhere or contain large amounts of fine debris. This Pulley adopts an open cage-shaped structure or a cylindrical design with spiral strips. During the rotation of Pulley, it can use centrifugal force and structural clearance to automatically discharge material falling between Pulley and Conveyor Belt to both sides. This "active slag discharge" function effectively prevents material from accumulating and agglomerating on the surface of [[G93], avoiding roundness loss caused by material accumulation, operational vibration, and abnormal belt damage.

Our Discharge Pulley structure has been specially reinforced, with well-distributed support spokes, offering extremely high mechanical strength and impact resistance. It is especially suitable for areas with high dust and damp materials prone to caking, such as coal mine washing and processing centers, steel plant raw material yards, and cement production lines. By using Discharge Pulley, the labor cost of cleaning Pulley can be significantly reduced, the system's automation level improved, and Conveyor Belt is guaranteed to always run stably on a smooth, clean Pulley surface.
