Hubei Xinanneng Conveyor Equipment Co., Ltd. designed and manufactured Jaw Gate Valve (also known as arc-shaped gates) is a key control device in bulk material Conveyor systems used for silo discharge, flow regulation, and rapid shut-off. This valve adopts a double-jaw gate structure, with the two gates rotating synchronously around the support shaft driven by the actuator, enabling the opening or closing of the material port. Its unique curved design ensures minimal resistance between the gate and the material during opening and closing, enabling easy and smooth operation even under high material accumulation pressure.

Our [[G64] main body is welded from high-quality steel plates, making it extremely sturdy. The inner side of the gate plate can be fitted with high-wear liners to handle abrasive materials such as ore and coal. The drive methods are flexible and diverse, with optional electric push rods, pneumatic actuators, or manual operation mechanisms according to site requirements. This valve features excellent sealing performance, fast opening and closing, and simple maintenance, and is widely used in industries such as power, mining, building materials, and chemical industries for bottom silo discharge or chute discharge control.
