The reciprocating motion of the electric push rod drives the plow plate to be raised and lowered. When the plow plate descends, the scraper precisely cuts between [[G84] and the material, channeling the material laterally to the funnel or silo; When the plow plate is lifted, the material passes through normally.

Our Plow Unloader uses wear-resistant polymer materials or high-hardness alloys as the plow blade edges, which not only discharge the material thoroughly but also minimize belt wear. Its structural design fully considers operational stability, is equipped with a self-locking mechanism to prevent false activation, and allows adjustment of scraping angle according to material characteristics.
