Plow Unloader produced by Hubei Xinanneng Conveyor Equipment Co., Ltd. is the key equipment for Conveyor Belt to achieve multi-point and segmented discharge. The device is mainly composed of an electric actuator, a driving rod, a plough plate, Roller Set and a limiting device, which drives the plough plate to rise and fall through the reciprocating motion of the electric actuator. When the plough plate is lowered, the scraper cuts precisely between Conveyor Belt and the material, and directs the material sideways to the funnel or silo; When the plough plate is lifted, the material passes normally.

Our Plow Unloader uses wear-resistant polymer materials or high-hardness alloys as the coulter edges, which not only discharges cleanly, but also causes minimal wear on the belt. Its structural design fully considers operational stability, is equipped with a self-locking mechanism to prevent malfunctions, and can adjust the scraping angle according to the characteristics of the material.
