Polymer Spiral Idler

The surface of the roller body is covered with high-density, wear-resistant polymer composites, and the spiral groove with guiding and sweeping functions is precisely machined. This design ensures strong cleaning of the belt return section while greatly reducing mechanical wear on the belt surface.

Compared with steel spirals Idler, Polymer Spiral Idler is lighter, more corrosion-resistant, and has excellent material adhesion resistance, allowing the spiral groove to remain unobstructed even under extremely humid or viscous conditions.
