Three Way Funnel

Hubei Xinanneng Conveyor Equipment Co., Ltd. designed and manufactured Three Way Funnel (also known as the three-way distributor), is a highly efficient device that enables flexible switching of material flow direction and multi-point distribution. This equipment can precisely direct bulk flow from upstream Conveyor to the left, right, or middle downstream channels through left-side, right-side, or intermediate downstream channels via internal flaps or diverter plates, enabling rapid process switching without shutdown.

Our Three Way Funnel uses reinforced steel plate welded for a stable structure, with internal flaps fitted with wear-resistant pads to extend service life and reduce noise. The drive method can be optionally configured with electric actuators, pneumatic actuators, or manual pull rods according to customer requirements, and can be linked with automated control systems. This unit is widely used in coal transfer stations, grain terminals, metallurgical sintering, and other scenarios requiring multi-warehouse feeding or multi-line scheduling.
