Three Way Funnel

Three Way Funnel (also known as tee separator) designed and manufactured by Hubei Xinanneng Conveyor Equipment Co., Ltd. is an efficient device for flexible switching of material flow direction and multi-point distribution. By deflecting the left and right sides of the internal flap or manifold, the device can precisely direct the bulk material flow from the upstream to the left, right or middle downstream channel, enabling rapid process changeover without downtime.

Our Three Way Funnel is welded with reinforced steel plates for a stable construction and an internal flap with wear-resistant padding attached to improve service life and reduce noise. The drive mode can be equipped with electric actuator, pneumatic actuator or manual pull rod according to customer needs, and can be linked with automatic control system. This device is widely used in coal transfer stations, grain terminals, metallurgical sintering and other occasions that require multi-bin feeding or multi-line scheduling, and is the core distribution equipment to realize the continuous and automated production of materials.
