The Pulley procurement by the UK customer will be directly applied to the open-pit Conveyor system at Liverpool Port and the surrounding large ore turnover centers. In the manufacturing process, the main body of this batch [[G93] uses high-quality, high-strength Q345B low-alloy steel. We have introduced a large CNC plate rolling machine to ensure the one-time forming accuracy of the Pulley cylinder, with roundness errors far below the national standard (GB/T 10595). In terms of welding technology, advanced submerged arc automatic welding technology is used, which not only ensures the depth and strength of the weld seams, but also guarantees 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure every weld point is free of slag inclusions and porosity. To thoroughly eliminate residual internal stresses generated during processing, all Pulley underwent a strict high-temperature annealing heat treatment procedure, laying a solid physical foundation for long-term stable operation under harsh working conditions and effectively preventing cylinder deformation.

For the core overmolding process, Xinanneng selected alumina ceramic blocks with a purity of up to 95%. These ceramic blocks undergo special toughening treatment, giving them extremely high hardness and impact resistance. Ceramic blocks are embedded in composite ceramic plates made of special wear-resistant rubber and firmly bonded to the surface of the shell using cold vulcanization technology. Compared to traditional diamond-shaped rubber overmolding, ceramic overmolding technology increases the friction coefficient by 2-3 times. Even in extremely humid, rainy, or sticky conditions (such as wet coal mud or mineral sand), the raised particles on the ceramic surface can grip tightly like countless "miniature claws," providing constant traction and significantly reducing belt tension, thereby extending the service life of the entire Conveyor Belt.

To further improve the weatherability, this batch of Pulley has also put great effort into surface treatment. We used sandblasting to achieve the highest rust removal standard of Sa2.5, achieving uniform surface roughness, and immediately applied three layers of special heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings: epoxy zinc-rich primer, epoxy cloud iron intermediate coat, and high-performance polyurethane topcoat. This composite coating system not only has extremely strong adhesion but also forms a dense physical shielding layer in the high salt spray and high humidity port environment, isolating oxygen and moisture. In addition, the bearing housing of the Pulley adopts the patented five-layer maze-style sealing structure of the Xinanneng, combined with heavy-duty self-aligning roller bearings from leading international brands, achieving outstanding waterproof and dustproof performance.
