Phase II of the Huangshi Port Bulk Cargo Terminal Project in Hubei is an important bulk cargo distribution center in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, responsible for the important transshipment of bulk goods such as coal, ore, and grain within the region. The design indicators of the Conveyor system in this project have reached a domestic advanced level: system bandwidth is unified at B=1400mm, operating speed is increased to V=3.15m/s, and the maximum single-line Conveyor amount is Q=2000t/h. Among them, the J03/J04 systems have a lifting height of 20.95m and a single-unit power of 250kW. The long distance, large lifting height, and high-power configuration place nearly demanding requirements for the stability, reliability, and operational accuracy of Conveyor Equipment. Facing this challenge, the Xinanneng technical team formed a dedicated project team to conduct in-depth technical breakthroughs throughout the entire process from preliminary design to manufacturing.

To address the wharf's special conditions of high humidity and high salt spray, the Xinanneng technical team carried out systematic and specialized design optimizations. For Transmission Pulley, we offer specially designed Pulley with strong overload capacity, using high-quality, high-strength Q345B low-alloy steel as the shell material, combined with reinforced rib plate structures and large-size self-aligning roller bearings, ensuring long-term stable operation under 250kW high-power drive. Pulley The shaft head is made of 40Cr alloy steel, quenched and tempered, achieving an optimal balance of strength and toughness, capable of withstanding both alternating and impact loads.

In terms of Idler configuration, we provide the high-level precision Idler series for the project. All Idler use the patented five-layer maze-style sealing structure of [[G81], combined with long-lasting lubrication of lithium-based grease, effectively resisting corrosion from high humidity and high salt spray conditions at the terminal, ensuring that [G94] can maintain maintenance-free operation for tens of thousands of hours even under harsh working conditions. The Idler pipe body uses high-precision CNC machining technology, controlling radial circular runout within 0.3mm, significantly reducing vibration and wear of Conveyor Belt and lowering system operating resistance.

In the manufacturing process, Xinanneng strictly follows the GB/T 10595 national standard for quality management. All [[G93] are formed in one go by CNC large plate rolling machines, with roundness errors far below national standard requirements. The welding process uses advanced submerged arc automatic welding technology, which not only ensures the depth and strength of the weld seams but also guarantees 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure every weld point is free of slag inclusions and porosity. To thoroughly eliminate residual internal stress during processing, all Pulley underwent a strict high-temperature annealing heat treatment procedure, laying a solid foundation for long-term stable operation.

In terms of surface treatment, to address the corrosive environment along the Yangtze River with high humidity and high salt spray, we adopted a triple special heavy anti-corrosion coating system: first, sandblasting to remove rust to reach the highest standard of Sa2.5 grade, with uniform and consistent surface roughness; then spraying epoxy zinc-rich primer to provide electrochemical corrosion protection; then spraying epoxy cloud iron intermediate coat to enhance adhesion and impact resistance; and finally spraying high-performance polyurethane topcoat to form a dense physical shielding layer. This composite coating system effectively resists corrosion from salt spray, moisture, and ultraviolet rays, significantly extending the service life of equipment.

In the final testing phase before leaving the factory, each Pulley undergoes static and dynamic balance calibration that is even stricter than industry standards. At a simulated rated speed of 3.15m/s, residual imbalance is controlled within G16 level, and vibration during operation is almost negligible. Idler conducts rotational resistance tests, sealing performance tests, and radial runout tests on each unit to ensure that every product meets the quality standards of Xinanneng. This relentless pursuit of detail is precisely the core competitiveness that has earned the trust of numerous key engineering clients.

During project implementation, the technical service team provided full support, providing comprehensive technical support from installation guidance to commissioning and operation. Given the complex installation space and multi-disciplinary cross-construction on site, our engineers maintain close communication with the terminal builders and equipment installers, promptly resolving various technical issues encountered during construction. During the equipment commissioning phase, technicians conducted load tests and performance optimizations on every Conveyor line to ensure stable operation under rated conditions.

After the project officially began production, the annual throughput capacity of the Huangshi Port bulk cargo terminal was greatly increased, rising from the original 15 million tons to 25 million tons, making it an important hub for bulk cargo logistics in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. The Conveyor system provided by Xinanneng operates stably and reliably, with energy consumption reduced by more than 8% compared to design targets, significantly lowering maintenance costs, and receiving high praise from the owner.
