In terms of surface treatment, for the corrosive environment of high humidity and high salt spray along the Yangtze River, we have adopted a triple special heavy anti-corrosion coating system: first, sandblasting and rust removal to reach the highest standard of Sa2.5 level, with uniform surface roughness; then spraying epoxy zinc-rich primer to provide electrochemical corrosion protection; then spraying epoxy marcite intermediate paint to enhance the adhesion and impact resistance of the coating; and finally spraying high-performance polyurethane topcoat to form a dense physical shielding layer. This composite coating system can effectively resist salt spray, moisture and UV rays, greatly extending the service life of the equipment.
During the final testing phase before leaving the factory, each Pulley is calibrated for static and dynamic balance that is more stringent than industry standards.
